Project work focuses on eliminating the variable cost of labour as the client is not charged an hourly rate, but only for the completed project. The relevant equipment pertaining to the project can be supplied by Clydesdale, while the work is also managed and supervised by Clydesdale and charged out to the client on a “per project basis”.

Examples of our Project Work
  • A trading company or retail Company will import product, but outsource as a project the labour intensive activities such as the management of the warehouse and equipment so they can focus on their core business of trading.
  • A manufacturer receives components from various sources, the components are assembled into a finished item. They outsource the assembly of the component as a project and get charged per assembled item.
  • A manufacturer or importer needs containers unpacked, the product decanted and then repackaged into smaller packaging and then later packed loose into trucks, they outsource the entire process as a project to Clydesdale on a per item /kg/ ton basis
